The package of forms and instructions for submission to the Building Department is available here. Applications must be accompanied by the appropriate fee, which will be determined by staff, based upon the cost of the work involved.

Additional fees may apply, as follows:
When the homeowner schedules an appointment for an inspection and the
homeowner or their representative is not there or the work to be inspected is
not yet completed: $250.00
Where a second inspection is required after a first inspection reveals
noncompliance: $250.00
For amending a building permit application or building permit: $250.00 or
$15.00 per thousand of additional cost to construct pursuant to the amendment,
whichever is greater
For additional plan review required as a result of failure to adequately
address plan review comments: $250.00
The determination of whether
the fees for items 1., 2., and 4. apply shall be made within the discretion of
the Superintendent of Building Department.
