The following miscellaneous fees will be charged
for the events listed:
A. The fees for recreational and athletic events shall
be as follows:

(1) Nonrefundable application fee for Marion F. Clawson
Memorial Park. Permitted use: $50.
(2) Nonrefundable
rain date fee: $15.
B. Miscellaneous fees shall be as follows:
(1) Trash day permit:

(a)
Pickup truck: $45 per pickup truck.

Car: $25 per car.

SUV or other large-capacity passenger vehicle,
such as a minivan, is $35 per vehicle.

(d)
Trailers and trucks over one ton will have a
fee between $25 and $75, priced at the discretion of the Township
representative.
(2) Notification of approvals for developments, public
utilities and cable companies: $10.
(3) Audio
tapes and/or compact disks: $0.66.
(4) Charge for copies for the public will be according
to state statute.
(5) Postage will be additional.
(6) Fee for Zoning Officer review of construction permits:

(a) Residential:
[1] New single-family structure: $150.
[2] Additions, garages, patios, and pole barns: $75.
[3] Clothing bins (annually): $50.
[4] Decks, driveways, fences, finished basements, fuel tanks, gazebos,
generators, hot tubs, interior alterations, pools and pool houses,
retaining walls, sheds, signs, solar panels, etc.: $50.
[5] Barns (agricultural use): $50.
[6] COAH apartments (includes deed restriction recording fee): $400.
[7] Multifamily attached dwelling (per unit): $125.
[8] Accessory dwelling units (includes deed restriction recording fee):
$400.
[9] ECHO (Elder Cottage Housing Opportunity) unit (includes deed restriction
recording fee): $400.
[11] For stormwater and soil erosion reviews sent to the Township Engineer
and/or any other type of application needing review by the Township
Engineer: $75. Escrow: $1,000.
(b) Nonresidential:
[1] New building shell: $250.
[2] Tenant fit-out and change of tenants (for change of use): $150.
[3] Additions, accessory buildings, generators, solar panels, office
trailers, retaining walls, etc.: $100.
[4] Fuel tanks and signs: $75.
(c) Tents:
[1] Temporary activity fee, itinerant sales, special event permit: $30.
(7) Fees
for summer playground:

(a) Participation
fee per attendee for the four-week program: $100 if paid by June 15;
$10 late fee if paid after June 15. Once the fee is paid, there will
be no refunds for days missed.

(b) A
fee will be assessed per attendee for late pickup after 12:05 p.m.
for each day that the late pickup occurs. The child will not be allowed
to participate in the program unless the fee is paid for each occurrence.
First late fee will be $5; each subsequent late fee will be $10.
(8) Fees for Department of Public Works delivery of mulch:

(b)
Single axle truckload: $100.
(9) Fees for use of soccer fields located at East Amwell Township School:
$200 for secondary parties per game, with secondary parties defined
as those who do not have independent agreements with the East Amwell
Township Recreation Committee.
