A. 
All of the property at Albee Beach, Carry Beach, and Brewster Beach.

A. 
Brewster Beach is open to the general public as agreed to in the lease between Brewster Academy and the Town of Wolfeboro dated May 8, 2001.
B. 
Albee Beach parking lot access is limited to Wolfeboro residents, taxpayers, and guests. Guests include Cotton Valley Trail users or overnight guests at any licensed hotel, motel, inn, boarding house, campground, lodging house, bed-and-breakfast or housekeeping cottages situated in the Town of Wolfeboro.
C. 
Carry Beach parking lot access is limited to Wolfeboro residents, taxpayers, their families, and their guests. Guests include overnight guests at any licensed hotel, motel, inn, boarding house, camp ground, lodging house, bed and breakfast or housekeeping cottages situated in the Town of Wolfeboro.

The Wolfeboro Board of Selectmen is hereby empowered to enact such rules and regulations as it deems necessary from time to time to effect the provisions of this chapter.
A. 
Parking lot access restrictions.

(1) 
The parking lot at Albee Beach will require a Wolfeboro solid waste facility sticker or beach pass.
(2) 
The parking lot at Carry Beach will require a Wolfeboro solid waste facility sticker or beach pass.
(3) 
Parking at Brewster Beach will not require a Wolfeboro solid waste facility sticker or beach pass.

B. 
Parking shall be available only in those areas clearly designated as such by the Town of Wolfeboro.
C. 
Parking and/or dropoff by buses of any size or other high-occupancy vehicles by commercial buses (greater than eight persons) shall be prohibited. Local agencies with minibuses may use the parking lots to park or drop off occupants with the permission of the Parks and Recreation Department.
D. 
Vehicles violating the parking rules listed above may be ordered towed by the Town of Wolfeboro Police Department at the expense of the owner or custodian of said vehicle.
E. 
No vehicle or OHRV of any type shall be allowed on beaches (see RSA 215-A).
F. 
Parking of trailers of any kind, including utility trailers, boat trailers, or travel trailers, shall be prohibited.
All beach rules and regulations are posted at the respective Town beach and are subject to the schedule of penalties as provided for in § 16-9 below.

Beaches are regulated by the Town of Wolfeboro Beach Policy, as most recently adopted by the Wolfeboro Board of Selectmen, the policies of which are subject to the schedule of penalties as provided for in §16-9 below.

No public beach or beach over which the Town has supervision and control will be used for parking or bathing purposes from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
The beach attendants/lifeguards/Parks and Recreation staff and any elected/appointed Town official are hereby authorized to enforce the beach rules. The Police Department is hereby authorized to provide written notice of violation(s) and the schedule of penalties.
Violation of any of the provisions of this chapter shall be punishable by a fine of not less than $50. Each day shall constitute a separate offense, and any subsequent violations shall be punishable by a fine of not less than $150. Violators may also be removed from the beach area.
This chapter supersedes any and all preceding ordinances pertaining to the Wolfeboro Town beaches.
