This article shall permit the Township of Hamilton to accept voluntary
contributions from businesses, corporations, individuals or developers for
the maintaining, updating and improving of public safety, recreation, public
works, infrastructure and other government related services within said township.
All contributions hereunder shall be deposited in a municipal account
known as the "Reserve for Contribution Trust Fund."
The final determination as to the expenditure of funds for the aforesaid
purposes shall be made by the Township Committee of the Township of Hamilton.
The decision shall be by majority vote of a quorum of the Committee.
Nothing contained herein shall in any manner be construed as requiring
or mandating any business, corporation, individual or developer to make any
financial contribution to the Township of Hamilton.

By this article the Township Committee shall declare and permit to allow
the placement of all proceeds from the various programs, classes, camps, events,
trips and other associated activities into Account No. 610-1516936 for the
purposes of perpetuating and financially supporting and otherwise facilitating
the continued programs in the area of recreation and education.
Any moneys collected hereunder shall be deposited in the Municipal Account
No. 610-1516936 to be combined with funds existing in that account for the
purposes as set forth herein. That account shall hereinafter be known as the
"Community Education/Recreation Trust Fund Account."
The "Whereas" clauses set forth above are incorporated herein by reference.
The final determination as to how and the method of using the expenditures
of the funds, as set forth in the Community Education/Recreation Trust Fund
Account, shall be made by the Township Committee for the Township of Hamilton.
Any such decision as to any expenditures of these funds shall be made by a
majority vote of the Township Committee with a quorum present. The Township
Committee, at its sole discretion, may seek the advice of the Community Education/Recreation
Advisory Board established in accordance with Ordinance No. 1288-97.
