A.
Traffic control signals shall be installed and operated
at the following intersections:

B.
The traffic signal installation shall be in accordance
with the provision of an act concerning motor vehicles and traffic
regulations, Subtitle 1 of Title 39 of the Revised Statutes and shall
conform to the design and shall be maintained in operation as authorized
by the Department of Transportation.
C.
Subject
to the provisions of Subtitle 1 and Title 39 and in accordance with
P.L. 2008, c. 110, the traffic signal at the intersection of Atlantic
Avenue at 33rd Avenue shall be in accordance with a plan dated November
22, 2005, revised to February 26, 2007, as prepared by Richard L.
Carter, P.E., Municipal Engineer, which plan is on file in the offices
of the Municipal Clerk and the Chief of Police. This traffic signal
was designed and certified to be in accordance with the Manual on
Uniform Traffic Control Devices as required by law.
