The rental fee for the Village tent shall be
as set forth in Chapter 155, Fees. Each rental period shall be based
on a period of 32 hours in duration. The rental applicant shall also
be required to pay a security deposit as set forth in Chapter 155.
Said deposit will be refunded to the applicant if no damage is done
to the tent during the rental period. The applicant shall pay the
rental fee and security deposit at the Village Hall.
To be eligible to rent the Village tent the
applicant must be a resident of the Village of Williamsville or a
member of the Williamsville Community Foundation Organization.
Notwithstanding the requirement of a security
deposit, the applicant shall be personally liable to pay all costs
incurred by the Village for repairs (including the replacement cost
of a new tent) for damage to the Village tent during the rental period.
It shall be within the Village's sole and absolute discretion whether
to repair or replace the tent.
