GENERAL REFERENCES
Taxation — See Ch. 160.
From and after the effective date of this chapter, the Village of Cazenovia
shall cease to be an assessing unit, and Village taxes shall hereafter be
levied on that portion of the Town Assessment Roll for the Town of Cazenovia
relating to property located within the Village.
