[Adopted 1-18-1984 by L.L. No. 1-1984]
The terms of the members of the Planning Board of the Town of
Geneseo provided for in § 271 of the Town Law of the State
of New York shall henceforth be two years each, notwithstanding the
provisions of such statute.
This article shall not have any effect on the current terms
of members who have heretofore been appointed to said Planning Board
and who are presently serving on said Planning Board. Such members'
terms will continue for the respective durations thereof.
