The Board of Selectmen shall formulate plans and rules to take care of garbage. The Board of Selectmen shall regulate disposal hours and days per week that the Town Transfer Station shall be open and shall landscape, fence, post signs, control conduct and take whatever preventative measures are necessary to protect private property from damage due to the location of the Town Transfer Station.
Scavenging at the Town Transfer Station is prohibited. The penalty for a violation of this section shall be $35.
No dumping shall be permitted by the occupants of a vehicle without a Transfer Station sticker being affixed to the vehicle in the location designated by the Board of Selectmen.
