A.
It is hereby authorized, and consent is hereby granted,
for the inclusion of the city as a part of the Public Health District to be
established by the County Legislature, pursuant to the provisions of § 20b
of Article 3 of the Public Health Law of the state, as amended.
B.
Further authority is hereby granted for the establishment
of a County Public Health District in and for the county by the County Legislature
and for the appointment of a County Board of Health for the district.

It is hereby authorized and the consent is hereby granted for the inclusion
of the City of Watervliet as a part of the Community Mental Health District
to be established by the County Legislature of the County of Albany, pursuant
to the provisions of Article 8-A of the Mental Hygiene Law, as amended.
