A.
No driveway onto a Town highway shall be allowed unless
a permit has been obtained from the Superintendent of Highways.
B.
No reconstruction or resurfacing work shall be performed
on that portion of any existing driveway between the right-of-way
boundary and the existing edge of pavement of a Town road, unless
a permit has been obtained from the Superintendent of Highways.
C.
Written application shall be made upon a form to be
provided by the Town which shall be filed with the Highway Superintendent.
Driveway design criteria shall be reviewed and approved by the Highway
Superintendent or his/her designee.
