In the business and industrial use districts,
the area allowed for occupancy of buildings is fixed by the front,
side and rear yard restrictions and is dependent on street, alley,
location in block and location regarding residential district. For
plates showing the various conditions see Plates E, F, G, H, I and
J.

Development and uses shall consider the existing solar skyspace
of a neighboring site that contains an active solar energy system.
Various streets as listed on Plate L shall be
considered a greater width than at present, and all building operations
shall be in compliance with the street lines established on said Plate
L.

A. Notwithstanding any of the provisions in this chapter to the contrary, the Code Enforcement Officer may permit a temporary structure/shelter to be erected and constructed upon the terms and conditions set forth in Chapter
54, §
54-7, of the Code of the Town of Tonawanda, New York.

B. A fee of $25 per year, or any part thereof, shall
be payable in advance of issuance of said permit.
In all zoning districts, no antenna or antenna
support structure of any type shall be located in the front yard of
any premises, except that a single-wire antenna utilized by a person
who holds a valid amateur radio operator's license issued by the Federal
Communications Commission shall be permitted to project into the front
yard of a premises and the required antenna support system may be
situate thereon.

179 of the Code of the Town of Tonawanda, New York.
