Any bowling alley in a place open to the public shall be deemed to be included within the terms of this article.
Every keeper of a public bowling alley shall maintain good order.
No keeper of a bowling alley shall permit persons actually or apparently under the age of 18 years to play therein or to frequent the same unless such minor is accompanied by his parent or guardian or by some other responsible adult.
The annual license fee for each public bowling alley shall be as provided in Chapter A350, Fees.
