10-1 and 10-2 of the 1967 Code]
No person shall throw, scatter, deposit or lay, or cause or permit any
servant, agent or employee to throw, scatter, deposit or lay, or cause or
allow to be carried by wind, animals or other means from any premises, receptacle,
vehicle or other place or thing, any rubbish, refuse, dirt, debris, waste,
discarded material or other deleterious or flammable substance or matter in
or upon any public place, private premises, vacant lot or plot within the
village.
No person shall be permitted to bury any garbage, refuse, dead animals
or other debris within the village.
