The Incorporated Village of Massapequa Park hereby consents to have
its corporate limits included within the Town of Oyster Bay's garbage collection
district resulting in garbage collection services being performed by the Town
of Oyster Bay as provided for in § 190 of the New York State Town
Law and subject to a permissive referendum.
This article will take effect 30 days after its adoption unless within
said period a proper petition for a referendum upon this article is filed
with the Village Administrator pursuant to the provision of Article 9 of the
Village Law.
