A license to conduct the activity regulated by this article shall be of not more than 90 days' duration; provided, however, that the same may be sooner suspended or revoked, as provided in §
202-5.

The fee for a license required as provided in this article shall be as provided in Chapter
A350, Fees.
In addition to the license fee prescribed in §
268-4, an applicant for a license hereunder shall pay a deposit of $50, conditioned upon faithful performance in cleaning up the premises used for the Christmas tree business.
When the premises have been cleaned to the satisfaction of the Building Inspector, as provided in §
268-5, the deposit provided for therein shall be returned; in the event that said premises are not cleaned within five days after Christmas, the village will have the work done and the expense incurred will be deducted from the amount deposited and the balance, if any, returned to the applicant upon request.
This article shall not apply to any person who maintains a regular established
place of business in the village and sells Christmas trees incidental to his
regular business during the Christmas season.
