1, § 603, of the 1985 Code)]
Effective immediately, each property owner within
the Borough shall be responsible for and pay for all costs and charges
incurred by the Borough when providing sewer service to property owner's
real estate, which costs and charges are over and above the normal,
usual and customary connection fees for providing such service.

Effective immediately, the Borough of Greencastle
shall impose the following charges for the services indicated:

Sewer Service Line Rooter Service
|

|
$150 for one hour
|
|
$175 for one hour during evening hours and weekends
|
|
$200 for one hour on holidays
|
|
$50 per hour for labor for each additional hour
after the first hour
|
