The submission, review, approval or disapproval and recording of any mobile home park shall be in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of this chapter.
The plan of any mobile home park shall comply with the requirements stated in Article V of this chapter.
All mobile home parks shall comply with all the requirements for mobile home parks as may be listed in Chapter 225, Zoning.
