Editor's Note: This ordinance also repealed former Ch. 180, Solid Waste, which consisted of the following: Art. I, Recycling, adopted 6-12-1989 by Ord. No. 89-5 (Art. 956 of the 1985 Code of Ordinances), as amended; and Art. II, Collection and Disposal of Solid Waste, adopted 10-10-1994 by Ord. No. 94-6 (Art. 955 of the 1985 Code of Ordinances), as amended.
