There shall be no charitable or profitable bicycle races, foot races
or any similar event without permission of the City Council of the City of
Somers Point. Such permission must be requested not less than 30 days prior
to said event.
Any such events shall, through its proponents and/or organizers, indemnify
and hold harmless the City of Somers Point. Also, such event shall provide
sufficient and proper insurance, as determined by the City Council of the
City of Somers Point.
