All business owners and owners of rental units shall register
a certificate insurance as required by the aforesaid legislation with
the office of the City Clerk on an annual basis on or before January
10 of each year.
An administrative fee of $150 shall be collected by the City
Clerk for the registration of all such insurance certificates.
Any owner who fails to comply with the provisions of this chapter
shall be subject to a fine of not less than $500 nor more than $5,000
for each violation.
