GENERAL REFERENCES
Parks — See Ch. 151.
New streets, roads, avenues and parks which
have been dedicated to the Township shall be accepted by the Township
by resolution of the Township Council.
The Secretary of the Stafford Township Planning
Board or the Secretary of the Stafford Township Board of Adjustment
shall notify the Township of any and all approvals granted by the
Planning Board, which will result in or are conditioned upon the dedication
of streets, parks or other property to the Township of Stafford.
