The provisions of this article, imposing a time
limit on parking, shall not relieve any person of the duty to observe
other and more restrictive provisions prohibiting or limiting the
stopping, standing or parking of vehicles as set forth in N.J.S.A.
39:4-138 and other New Jersey statutes or as hereinafter provided.
No person shall park a vehicle at any time upon
any of the streets or parts thereof described in Schedule I, attached
to and made a part of this chapter.

A restricted parking zone shall be established in front of a residence occupied by a handicapped person if a windshield placard or wheelchair symbol license plates have been issued for a vehicle owned by the handicapped person, or by another occupant of the residence who is a member of the immediate family of the handicapped person as issued by the Division of Motor Vehicles. Said restricted parking is described in §
201-34 (Schedule XV) of this chapter.

No person shall park a vehicle between the hours
specified in Schedule II of any day, except Sundays and public holidays,
upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in said Schedule
II, attached to and made a part of this chapter.

No person shall park a vehicle between the hours
specified in Schedule IIA of any day, including Sundays and public
holidays, upon any of the streets or parts of the streets described
in said Schedule IIA, attached hereto and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall stop or stand a vehicle for
the times specified in Schedule III of any day, except Sundays and
public holidays, upon any of the streets or parts of streets described
in said Schedule III, attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall park a vehicle for longer than
the time limit shown in Schedule IV at any time between the hours
listed in said Schedule IV of any day, except Sundays and public holidays,
upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule
IV, attached to and made a part of this chapter.
