The owner or occupant of any structure or premises required to have
fire extinguishers or extinguishing devises tested annually or biannually
as per 527 CMR: Board of Fire Prevention Regulations, 10.02: Fire Extinguishers
and/or 780 CMR: State Building Code Commission, Article 12, shall forward
a copy of the certificate of inspection to the head of the Fire Department.
Any person violating this bylaw shall be punished by a fine of not more
than $50 for each offense.

It shall be prohibited to transfer any Class A or B flammable liquid
from one container to another, by means of an internal combustion driven pump,
without prior written permission from the Chief of the Fire Department.
This bylaw shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $200 for each offense.
