The Board of Selectmen shall have authority to promote, control, regulate or prohibit the taking of eels and any and all kinds of shellfish and sea worms, within the limits of the Town of Eastham in accordance with Chapter 130 of the General Laws and acts in addition thereto and amendment thereof.
The Board of Selectmen shall have the authority to grant licenses to plant, grow, dig and take shellfish and to plant shells for catching seed within the Town of Eastham, in accordance with Chapter 130 of the General Laws and acts in addition thereto and amendment thereof.
The Board of Selectmen of the Town of Eastham shall have authority to act exclusively in the exercise of all the rights, privileges and authority conferred by Section 56, with respect to such fisheries within the Town of Eastham, make appropriations as provided in Section 54, and exercise such other control, privileges and responsibilities as are granted in other sections of Chapter 130 pertinent thereto, as though such joint control or property did not exist, in accordance with Chapter 130 of the General Laws and acts in addition thereto and amendment thereof.
