No animal shall be kept in an unoccupied dwelling.
The proper care of said animal(s) is the responsibility of the owner.
Any person violating any provision of this article
may be punishable by a fine of not less than $50 nor more $250 or
imprisonment for a period not exceeding 15 days, or both.
