A.
Unless the context specifically and clearly indicates otherwise, any terms which are defined in Article V of this chapter shall have the same meaning throughout this chapter.
B.
"Improved property" shall mean any property located
in the Borough of New Wilmington upon which there is or shall hereafter
be erected a structure intended for continuous or periodic habitation,
occupancy or use by human beings and from which structure sewage shall
be discharged.
C.
In this chapter, the singular shall include the plural
and the plural the singular, and the masculine shall include the feminine
and the neuter.
