A. 
No person or persons shall use any of the Borough sidewalks lying along Neshannock Avenue from New Castle Street on the west to Mercer Street on the east and along Market Street from Maple Street on the south to Wood Street on the north for skating, rollerblading, skateboard riding, bicycle riding and similar nonmotor vehicle uses when such activity presents a reasonable danger of injury to persons or to property (including injury to the sidewalk itself).
B. 
No person or persons shall use a skateboard, roller or roller blade skates, bicycle or any other similar non-motor vehicle or device at any time on the concrete, asphalt, or similar surface area located under any gazebo, shelter, or similar structure located within New Wilmington Borough Municipal Park.

C. 
Any person who violates § 212-15 shall, upon conviction before a district justice, be fined no more than $50 plus costs of prosecution for the first offense and no more than $150 plus costs of prosecution for each additional offense within a twelve-month period.
