This Article lists the requirements for final plans for a major subdivision and for certain land developments. See the requirements of Article
VII for a project that only involves a minor subdivision, a lot line adjustment, what the Township determines to be only minor corrections or minor revisions to an approved plan or a land development involving only a single nonresidential building (other than a shopping center) and three or less dwelling units.
All certification shall comply with the state
professional licensing laws. All subdivisions of land shall be certified
and stamped by a registered land surveyor, as required by state law.
