[HISTORY: Adopted by the Board of Supervisors of the Township
of Palmer 9-5-2023 by Ord. No. 2023-480. Amendments noted where applicable.]
The Board hereby organizes a Municipal Authority under the MAA[1] that shall be known as the "Palmer Township Stormwater
Authority" (the "Authority").

The Chairman of the Board and Secretary of the Township are
authorized and directed to execute, on behalf of the Township, Articles
of Incorporation as formation documents for the Authority in substantially
the following form attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit
A.[1]

The staff members and proper officers of the Township are hereby
authorized, empowered, and directed to take all action and do all
things necessary and appropriate to establish the Authority in compliance
with the MAA and all other applicable laws of the Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania.
This ordinance shall be effective upon enactment.
All previous ordinances, or parts thereof, inconsistent with
this ordinance are expressly repealed.
