Any person, firm or corporation requesting certification of the available potable water supply or sewage disposal system shall be charged a fee of $15 for each certification, when requested separately, for the purpose of covering the costs of such inspection.

Editor's Note: This ordinance further provided that any holder of certificates, permits or licenses on the effective date of this chapter shall be allowed to hold the same without additional fee until its expiration date. Any certificate, permit or license issued or renewed after the effective date of this chapter shall be governed by the provisions of this chapter.
All fees shall be deposited in the general fund of the Township of Toms River.
