The salaries of officers and employees for which compensation
is not otherwise provided shall be as set forth in the annual Salary
Ordinance.
Any fees or costs for services rendered by any officer or employee
or agent of the Township of Berlin shall be paid to said Township
and deposited in the appropriate Township account. No fees or costs
for any services rendered shall be payable to any officer, employee
or agent.

The purpose of this article shall be to establish eligibility
for participation in the Defined Contribution Retirement Program and
other retirement programs as established.
Effective July 1, 2007, the following positions or persons employed
by the Township shall be eligible for and shall participate in the
Defined Contribution Retirement Program:
A. Director of Public Works (unless certified);
C. Municipal Court Administrator;
E. Property Maintenance Inspector;
F. Board of Health Inspector;
I. Emergency Management Coordinator;
P. Construction Code Official;
S. Electrical Subcode Official/Electrical Inspector.
