A. Pursuant to Chapter 157 of Title 25 of the Pennsylvania statutes,
it shall be unlawful for any person to conduct or operate an eating
or drinking place, as defined in said Act, within the Township of
Springfield, without obtaining a license therefor as prescribed therein.
B. Pursuant to Chapter 151 of Title 25 of the Pennsylvania statutes,
it shall be unlawful for any person to conduct or operate a food establishment
where food or beverages intended for human consumption are kept, stored,
manufactured, prepared, dressed, handled, sold or offered for sale,
with or without charge, either at wholesale or retail, within the
Township of Springfield, without first obtaining a license therefor
as prescribed in said Act.
No license required in §
38-1 above shall be issued until inspection of the premises, facilities and equipment has been made by a duly authorized representative of the Department of Public Health of the Township of Springfield.

A. The annual fee for any license and inspection required under this
chapter shall be $100.

B. Licenses issued under this chapter shall expire one year after the
date of issue and shall be renewable as provided by law and this chapter.
Any license issued under this chapter shall be subject to the
provisions of the state laws and regulations applicable to the establishment
or place for which such license is obtained.
