The Town adopts and incorporates by reference the provisions of Annotated Code of Maryland, Environment Article, § 3-401, and the regulations promulgated to implement those provisions which are codified in Title 26 of the Code of Maryland Regulations, except as otherwise provided herein.
In addition to all other remedies provided by law, any violation of this chapter shall be punished as a municipal infraction. The penalty for violation shall be a fine of $100 for each offense. Each day a violation continues to exist shall constitute a separate offense. Additionally, the Town may institute any appropriate action or proceedings to prevent any violation of this chapter.
