The Chairman of the Board of Supervisors and
the Secretary of Chartiers Township are hereby authorized to execute
and deliver on behalf of the Township of Chartiers that Agreement,
a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof,[1] providing for mutual cooperation between the Township
of South Strabane and the Township of Chartiers regarding police assistance
across the boundaries of the two municipalities.
