A.
Collection schedules for licensed collectors shall be submitted by the collector to the Village Clerk as provided in Article III and shall be kept on file in the Municipal Office. Schedules shall be provided to customers by collectors and, except in cases of emergency, shall be strictly adhered to.
B.
Refuse for pickup may be placed curbside by owners
or occupants, but not prior to 6:00 p.m. on the day before the scheduled
or specially arranged pickup. All garbage and rubbish must be in a
suitable container, and the cover must be in place. All containers
shall be removed from curbside by 6:00 p.m. on the day of pickup.
C.
Empty containers shall be removed from curbside within
a reasonable time after collection and shall not be allowed to accumulate.
A reasonable time shall normally be considered to be a maximum of
24 hours after placement for pickup.
