Fire District No. 2 of the Township of Toms
River, in the County of Ocean, is hereby enlarged and its boundaries
extended so that the present boundaries of said district shall be
as follows:

All those lands and premises situate, lying
and being in the Township of Toms River and County of Ocean within
the exterior lines following, to wit: Beginning at the northwest corner
of Toms River Township, which point is where the Townships of Jackson,
Lakewood and Toms River join; thence in a general easterly direction
along the north line of Toms River Township to the mouth of Kettle
Creek; thence in an easterly direction, still following the north
line of Toms River Township, to the channel of Barnegat Bay; thence
down Barnegat Bay to where the same intersects with Silver Bay; thence
westerly along the north side of Silver Bay to Hooper Avenue; thence
southerly along the center line of Hooper Avenue to where the same
intersects with Maple Street; thence southwesterly along the center
line of Maple Street and Maple Street extended to the Toms River;
thence northwesterly along the said river to the Manchester Township
line, which point is also the point where the North Branch of Toms
River and the Union Branch of said river intersect; thence in a northwest
direction along the said North Branch of said Toms River and along
the Manchester Township line to the point where the said North Branch
intersects the Jackson Township line; thence northeasterly along the
Jackson Township line to the point or place of beginning.

A.
The following lands presently located in Toms River
Township Fire District No. 1 be and are transferred to and included
in Toms River Township Fire District No. 2, to wit: All that certain
tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the Township of
Toms River, County of Ocean, State of New Jersey, bounded within the
following lines: on the north by the north branch of Mosquito Cove;
on the east by Silver Bay; on the south by the south branch of Mosquito
Cove and Applegate's Creek; and on the west by Bay Shore - Silverton
Road and Hooper Avenue.
B.
The southerly boundary of lands transferred from Fire
District No. 1 to Fire District No. 2 pursuant to Ordinance No. 391
is changed to be the southerly block limit for Block 442-B, which
is also known and described as the southerly line for Lot 8, Block
442-B, as shown on the Toms River Township Tax Map.
