Pursuant to Connecticut Public Act No. 82-318,
the Town of North Haven, acting through its Assessor, shall, subject
to the terms and conditions set forth in said Act, grant the tax exemptions
set forth in Section 1 and Section 2(c) of said Act to those veterans
and their qualifying spouses who meet the requirements as set forth
in those sections of said Act.
Pursuant to Section 3 of said Act, this ordinance
shall take effect with respect to the assessment year commencing October
1, 1982, and each assessment year thereafter.
