The City Clerk of the City of Linwood shall be a full-time employee. The Clerk shall be in an office in the City Hall of said City during regular working hours for City employees and shall also attend regular, special and work meetings of the Common Council. The Clerk's salary shall be in accordance with the current municipal Salary Ordinance (see Ch.
66, Salaries).
The City Clerk shall be eligible to receive
and accept appointment as full-time Assistant Tax Collector, and also
as Clerk to the Municipal Court, and receive the compensation provided
for said offices in addition to his compensation as City Clerk if
so appointed by the Common Council.
