[As of the effective date of this chapter,
the L-I Light Industrial District is eliminated as a zoning district
within the Village of Horseheads. Lots located within the eliminated
L-I District and being lawfully used for light manufacturing uses
on such date are hereby granted a special use permit. The conditions
of such permit are that the restrictions and limitations set forth
in § 245-74, Permitted principal uses; § 245-75,
Permitted accessory uses; § 245-76, Size requirements; § 245-77,
Off-street parking and loading; § 245-78, Enclosure and
outdoor storage; § 245-79, Surfacing; § 245-80,
Performance standards; § 245-81, Sign regulations; § 245-82,
Landscaping of yards; and § 245-83, Site plan approval,
of the eliminated Light Industrial District shall continue to apply
to such lots and use.]
