The Town of Grand Chute is authorized to prepare and adopt a Comprehensive Plan as defined in §§ 62.23(2) and (3), 60.22(3) and 66.1001, Wis. Stats.
The Town of Grand Chute adopted a written procedure designed to foster public participation in every step of the development of the Comprehensive Plan.
The Town of Grand Chute held a public hearing on the Comprehensive Plan in compliance with the requirements set forth in § 66.1001, Wis. Stats.

The Town of Grand Chute Plan Commission, by Plan Commission Resolution PCR-01-2022, has recommended to the Town Board adoption of the Town of Grand Chute Comprehensive Plan 2022-2042 containing the elements required in § 66.1001, Wis. Stats.

The Town Board of Supervisors of the Town of Grand Chute, Outagamie County, Wisconsin, does by this chapter adopt the Town of Grand Chute Comprehensive Plan 2022-2042.[1]
