§ 210-16 Area, yard and bulk regulations.

A. 
Agricultural Districts. In each Agricultural District the following bulk regulations shall apply:

[Note: An approved ancillary structure such as a lawn shed (up to 192 square feet) may be installed within three feet from the rear property line, and a swimming pool may be installed within 10 feet of the rear property line. Side line setbacks are determined by the zoning district. A structure may not be installed in an easement.]

Planned Unit Development Districts. The concept of the Planned Unit Development District requires that the bulk regulations applicable to each such district will be determined by the approval process itself and will vary from district to district depending upon the specifics of each such plan.
