B. 
Residential Districts. In each Residential District the following bulk regulations shall apply:
(R) refers to residential uses
(NR) refers to nonresidential uses
[Note: An approved ancillary structure such as a lawn shed (up to 192 square feet) may be installed within three feet from the rear property line, and a swimming pool may be installed within 10 feet of the rear property line. Side line setbacks are determined by the zoning district. A structure may not be installed in an easement.]
