Recognizing that the government of the Town
exists to serve its inhabitants, it shall be the policy of the government
to make every reasonable effort to establish and maintain accessibility
of elected and appointed officials, to provide quickly and effectively
information at convenient hours, and to offer the services of Town
government in an efficient and equitable manner.
