A seven-member Handicap Commission shall be established. The Town Manager
shall appoint these members as prescribed by MGL c. 40, § 8J, as
enacted by Chapter 75, Acts of 1983. Said Handicap Commission appointments
will begin the year starting as of March 1, 1988.
