No person in a park shall:
A.
Bring or cause to be brought in any bottles, broken
glass, ashes, paper, boxes, cans, dirt, rubbish, waste, garbage, or
refuse, or other trash.
B.
Except as provided in this section, dump, deposit
or leave any bottles, broken glass, ashes, paper, boxes, cans, dirt,
rubbish, waste, garbage, or refuse, or other trash.
C.
Place or allow to be placed any refuse or trash in
any waters in or contiguous to any park or left anywhere on the grounds
thereof.
