[HISTORY: Adopted by the Town Board of the Town of Lima 4-21-1983; amended in the entirety 11-6-1997 by L.L. No. 3-1997. Subsequent amendments noted where applicable.]
The Town Board hereby dissolves former Fire District No. 1 in order to create three districts in its place. The new fire districts shall be as follows:
A. 
Fire Protection District No. 1: Town of Lima Fire District;
B. 
Fire Protection District No. 2: Lakeville Fire Protection District; and
C. 
Fire Protection District No. 3: Honeoye Falls Protection District.
