As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the
meanings indicated:
PUBLIC AREAS WITHIN THE TOWN WORK SITE
The place in which the employee conducts Town business, and
includes all buildings owned/rented/leased by the Town. This includes
but is not limited to:

Rooms or areas containing photocopying or other equipment used
by employees in common.
All public areas within the Town work site and governed by this
chapter shall be posted as "No Smoking" areas.
It shall be the responsibility of the department head(s) or
designee(s) to enforce the no smoking provision in the public area
within their domain. Appropriate "No Smoking" signs shall be conspicuously
posted by the Town.
