§ 26-1 Capital expenditure plan; annual update.

It is the Authority's policy to establish and maintain a capital expenditure plan. The plan shall be updated annually and shall project capital needs for a five-year time horizon.

§ 26-2 Projects to be included in plan.

All expenditures estimated to have a project cost of over twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000.) shall be included in the plan.

§ 26-3 Annual approval required.

The plan shall be approved annually by the Board.
