Editor's Note: These regulations are applicable
to both the DARA and Eagleview service areas.
A certain document attached hereto as Exhibit
A, titled "Standard Construction and Material Specifications for Wastewater
Collection System Extensions," a copy of which is on file with the
Uwchlan Township Secretary at the Township Building, 715 North Ship
Road, Exton, PA 19341, is hereby adopted as the Uwchlan Township Sewer
Code for the regulation and control of sanitary sewer construction,
and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and
terms set forth in Exhibit A are hereby adopted and made a part hereof
as if fully set forth in this article.
If any provision or section of this article,
including any provision or section of Exhibit A attached hereto, is
declared invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such decision
shall not affect the validity of any of the remaining provisions or
sections of this article.
