Town of South Bristol, NY Chapter 78 Electrical Inspections

§ 78-1 Inspection service authorized.

The South Bristol Town Board does hereby authorize the New York Board of Fire Underwriters to conduct electrical services inspections within the framework of New York State and/or local regulations during such inspections within the Town of South Bristol.

§ 78-2 Right to amend. [1]

The South Bristol Town Board herein retains the right to amend this chapter when appropriate to include other authorized and/or approved electrical inspection agencies upon request.
